Uploaded: Nov 25, 2013
The next few weeks are chock full of local food and drink events, from wine seminars and tastings to holiday-tilted classes.

Two seminars will be held in December. "Basic Wine Pairing" will take place on Tuesday, Dec. 3, and will go over the basic principles of pairing as well as Hanukkah and holiday friendly wines. Another seminar of the same name will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 18, but will focus on the principles of tasting, tasting progression and giving wine as a gift.
