Taiwanese desserts shop opens in Mountain View

Taiwanese shaved snow, milk tea and baked goods are on the menu at the newly opened Oh! Honey Snow Ice in Mountain View.

The sweets shop is located at 1030 Castro St. Suite A, next to Le's Alterations and across from Rose International Market at the corner of Castro and El Camino Real.

Given the shop’s name, there are several flavors of shaved snow, including strawberry, mango, banana-Oreo, dragonfruit and taro, plus various toppings options. There's also boba, regular tea and smoothies topped with cream and cereal.

Sweets include cream-filled choux pastries (vanilla, chocolate, matcha and strawberry), madeleines (lemon-sugar, strawberry-chocolate, dark chocolate and matcha-white chocolate) and cookies shaped like ice cream scoops (chocolate-Oreo, strawberry-butter and matcha-chocolate).

The shop is open daily from 1-10 p.m.
